The adventure usually cost around $950 per person. Icy Strait Whale Watching is also available in Gustavus for around $120 per person.

Why we suggest the over night night trip only

We recommend the overnight trip because the one day fly cruise itenerary starts you out at 5 a.m., flying into Gustavus by 6 a.m in order to board the boat for the cruise at 7 a.m. The problem is the weather in Southeast Alaska is not always good enough to fly that early in the day, potentially interferring with your planned acivities.

We fly you down in the late afternoon when the weather tends to be at it's best. So you're in Gustavus, and you wake up refreshed for your early morning cruise.

**Flights provided by Mountain Flying Service, Haines, AK. Flight cost from Haines are $250 per person, Skagway $275 per person each way. Flight requires a four person minimum.

Travel Protection Insurance is highly recommended for all Alaskan travel in case of weather delays.
